Every painting ships from South Korea via international express mail, carefully packaged in triple-layer protective materials, and is handed off to your local postal carrier for last-mile delivery with full tracking. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping to South Korea is paid by the customer and must use a tracked service. If the work arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange the appropriate remedy.
