Is a frame included?+−
Most canvas works arrive gallery-ready on a stretched canvas support with clean finished edges. Some works, such as ink paintings on Korean paper, use a different support or frame structure. Please check the specifications on each product page.
Why does production take time?+−
Every work sold by SEOART is 100% hand-painted in oil by the artist — not a print or reproduction. Each piece requires careful brushwork and drying time. Made-to-order works typically take 7–14 days to produce.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?+−
Yes. We work with interior designers, hospitality clients, and corporate buyers. Volume discounts are available. Please reach out via our contact form and a dedicated curator will follow up.
My painting has an oil smell — is that normal?+−
Yes, completely normal. Oil paint contains natural linseed or safflower oil, which gives freshly shipped works a distinctive scent. Leave the piece in a well-ventilated room for a few days and the smell will dissipate on its own.
Can I commission a custom painting from a photo?+−
Yes. Send us a photo of the scene you have in mind (landscapes, still life, etc.) and our artists will recreate it in oil on canvas. Please contact us via the form below with your reference image and desired size.
Are these original paintings or prints?+−
All works sold by SEOART are 100% original oil paintings — hand-executed on canvas by professional artists with 10+ years of experience. We do not sell prints or reproductions.

Where can I check my order status?+−
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders. If you checked out as a guest, refer to the confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Can I order a custom size?+−
Size options are listed on each product page. If you need a size not shown, please contact us via the form below and we'll advise on availability.

How does shipping work?+−
All works ship from South Korea. In-stock works are prepared for international dispatch within a few business days, while made-to-order works ship after production is complete. We will send you a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?+−
Address changes are possible before production begins — typically within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible via the form below. Once the work has shipped, changes may not be possible.
How is the artwork packaged?+−
Each work is wrapped in protective tissue, cushioned with bubble wrap, and packed in a custom-cut corrugated box sized to the artwork. This multi-layer system keeps transit damage risk to a minimum.
How long does production and delivery take in total?+−
Made-to-order works usually require 7–14 days of production before international dispatch. In-stock works are prepared faster, but delivery timing still depends on customs and destination-country transit. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page and at checkout.

How do I cancel an order?+−
Full cancellation is possible before production begins (within 24 hours of ordering). Go to My Account → Orders to request a cancellation, or contact us via the form below. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible due to the made-to-order nature of our works.
Can I return or get a refund?+−
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery when the work is returned in its original condition. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping to South Korea is paid by the customer and must use a tracked service. If your work arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange the appropriate remedy.
How do I initiate a return?+−
Contact us via the form below with your order number before sending anything back. If the issue involves damage, defect, or an incorrect item, please include clear photos. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
