Shipping
- Free shipping: All works ship free from South Korea via international express mail or our professional art logistics partner.
- Production & dispatch time: SEOART maintains limited inventory to ensure quality. When a work is out of stock, it enters production at the time of order. Production typically takes 7–10 business days. We will notify you directly with an estimated dispatch date.
- Oversized works: Large canvases or works with custom framing ship via specialist freight courier to minimise transit damage risk — still at no extra charge.
International Shipping
SEOART ships from South Korea to the United States, Canada, Australia, and other available international destinations.
- United States, Canada, and Australia: Select your country at checkout. The address form and checkout details will update for your destination.
- Japan: You may order directly through our Japanese-language site, or contact our support team to arrange delivery.
- Other countries: Please contact us via the contact form for availability and a shipping quote for your destination.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Many SEOART shipments may clear customs without additional duties or taxes, but customs treatment is determined by the destination country and can change without notice.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, carrier collection fees, and other destination-country charges are not included in SEOART's free shipping policy and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because required import charges or customs procedures are not completed, any refund may be reduced by the actual costs incurred, including return freight, carrier charges, storage, handling, and non-recoverable logistics costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Your satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery when the work is returned in its original condition. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to South Korea using a tracked service.
Refunds are issued after the returned work is received and inspected. Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, carrier collection fees, and destination-country charges are not refundable unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item. Any outbound shipping or logistics fee separately charged at checkout is also not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Non-returnable items (made-to-order)
- Works produced in a custom size requested by the buyer (outside our standard size range)
- Works to which a custom frame has been added at the buyer's request
- Works where value has been diminished due to the buyer's mishandling or insufficient repackaging
- Returns shipped without prior notice or agreement
Damaged or defective works
If your work arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@seoartgallery.com with photos. We will arrange the appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
