As soon as you place your order, you can see where it is on its way to your door.
Click “Orders” to track your order. This link also appears in the top right corner of the website, below the Checkout button.
You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history, or you can look up a single order by entering the order number and your email address.
For each order, you can see:
Order details, such as your name, total price and the items included
Shipping summary, including the shipping carrier used and a tracking number for the package
If your order status shows up as “in-process” that means we are getting your order ready to go!
We’ll do everything possible to make sure your order gets to you by the promised date, including adjust the shipping method if we have to. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with all your tracking information.
