Returning or Exchanging Items

We hope you love your purchase but if you don’t, we’re happy to process a new order or issue you a refund.

We support shipping worldwide, but there’s no way we can provide you with a return label for your country.

So you’ll have to send us the painting yourself, and almost all countries support the following three shipping methods.

  • Send a package by EMS.
  • Send a package by Plane.
  • Send a package by Ship.

The price difference between the three methods is based on the delivery time.

Taking the US as an example, if you sent the painting to us by EMS, the delivery time will be about 5-7 days and cost approximately 65 USD.

But if you send it by ship, it will take about 3 months and cost approximately 25 USD.

You can send a painting to us which you prefer way. It takes time, but once our painting arrives safely, we’ll refund you minus shipping costs.

Return or exchange paintings must be received by us within 7 days of the original ship date.

What is your cancellation policy? 

You may request a cancellation of your order at any time before it has been shipped. 

When will I receive a refund for my return? 

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item.
